The family owned Stavanger company Øgreid becomes partial owner in Amitec with 40 percent of the shares. The Heggernes family will still be in majority and secure continuity. - The Amitec team have done a brilliant job so far, and together we see great potential for further development, says Håkon Sverre Rønning, partner in Øgreid.
We have grown significantly the last years and are already established in Czech Republic and Finland. At the same time, we see that there are great opportunities for further investment both in Norway and internationally.
In the past year, we have received many inquiries from companies that want to buy into Amitec.
